2. Go to the doctor regularly
Another taboo that many men face the doctor. Much is said about this and the denial has several reasons: fear, shame, lack of care. It is a fact that there is a certain tension in most men when it comes to making an appointment for a doctor. This must be changed. Going to the doctor at least once a year for check-ups should be a habit.

3. Be kind
Believe if you want! In the 21st century, there are still men who believe that to show
masculinity it is necessary to be “brucutu” and not show kindness. In addition to being a

affirm as someone serious. On the contrary, kindness is a habit that, especially
men, should adopt as a lifestyle.

4. Respect for women
This is a question that unfortunately is still part of the male routine. Respect for
women is a habit that should be practiced from an early age, since childhood. Seeing not

news of femicide, aggression against women and a much more
peaceful.
5. Take responsibility for cleaning the house and clothes
This question also involves the previous item. Many men are brought up believing that
domestic chores are the exclusive responsibility of women. They're wrong. Have the habit

something that men should have.
